Hello! :). I am a college student majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. I have a passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness so I decided to write a blog to help spread the knowledge I know to help other people achieve their health and fitness goals. One of my goals is I plan to get my Doctorate of Kinesiology and become a professor. Although, I also have dreams of somehow being in the fitness industry so I am determined to see which path I end up fulfilling. :).In my spare time I like to play racquetball and tennis.   2. Thanks for the blogs Alissa. I really need your posts to keep me focused on my weight loss goal. I’m going to try the cauliflower crust pizza soon-it sounds wierdly good…If you have any advice for diets/nutrients/supplements for ADHD I’d be interested in reading about it. I’ve heard Vitamin C, Omega-3 (of course), B vitamins, etc. The list is very long and overwhelming. I just want 1-3 supplements-more than that is too overwhelming!
